Rationale:

 

With the many projects we complete in the BSW program, we are reviewed by our peers and our instructors and, thus, I have had the opportunity to review feedback regarding my work. This has been an essential part of my learning, in that I am able to take the written feedback, review it, and use it to better my presentations and assignments. One of my assignments for this semester was to complete a process recording with a client. This assignment called for feedback from my Field Instructor which she freely gave as noted on my paper. Through this feedback and through self-evaluation, I was able to assess both my skills and weaknesses in the interviewing process which ultimately impacts my effectiveness as a practitioner.

 

Additionally, I have attached a rubric that I received for this e-Portfolio project. I have taken the feedback given and made changes accordingly which demonstrates my ability to take direction and use it for self-development.
